Canberra Based NV1 Security Clearance Length of Contract: 12 months (2 x 12 months extension options) Closing Date: 09/07/2025 Overview: The role is looking for a strong understanding of the Data Management lifecycle in a business context including the development and application of Data Standards and use of supporting tools and templates to improve and uplift the use of data within a large and complex organisation, particularly as they relate to master data, reference data, meta data, data quality, data modelling and data assets. Responsibilities: Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop best practices approaches. Engaging with stakeholders who provide and/or consume data services, or are involved in business integration activities, to understand their viewpoints and needs and redesign service offerings and processes to maximise customer value and efficient service delivery. Contributing research and subject matter expertise to the creation and maturation of Data Management supporting artefacts including updating and reviewing existing data standards frameworks, strategies, guidance material, templates and other self-service tools as well as developing additional artefacts as required. Provision of data management advice and assistance in relation to data related elements of Recommendations stemming. Ensuring there is appropriate data management skills and knowledge transfer to permanent staff within the Division.
