Lubrication Technician – Fixed Plant Location: Western Australia Roster: 8:6 (Days Only) We are currently seeking a Lubrication Technician to join our team at the Ore Processing Facility (OPF). This vital role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the OPF by maximising throughput, plant run hours and improving the condition of fixed plant assets through effective lubrication practices. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative lubrication services on fixed plant equipment Ensure availability and accurate reconciliation of lubrication materials Order and manage lubrication stock as needed Monitor and maintain plant equipment with a focus on lubrication performance Compile regular reports and submit accurate lubrication data Liaise with relevant Fixed Plant departments to coordinate maintenance and lubrication needs Qualifications & Skills: Aptitude in lubrication basics and basic hydraulic systems Strong problem-solving skills Previous experience in mining or heavy industry environments Understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance programs Effective planning, scheduling, and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and foster a strong safety culture This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the reliability and performance of a key operational facility within a leading mining organisation.
