We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to develop, facilitate, and deliver skills-based training to build the capability of their health workforce. In this role, you will plan, implement, and review learning and development processes and initiatives, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary health care services. Further Details Starting within the next 2-4 weeks Permanent full time position From $94,142.00 up to $104,229.00 per annum superannuation Weekly LAFHA of $700! Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training and education programs, with a focus on primary health care. Create training plans tailored to the needs of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health workers. Conduct training needs analyses and develop strategies to address skill gaps. Engage employees in training programs, utilizing knowledge of adult learning styles. Utilise Learning Management Systems (e.g., ELMO) to manage and track training activities. Solve problems related to training and education, implementing solutions to achieve desired outcomes. Selection Criteria Current Driver’s Licence. Current Blue Card positive notice or exemption (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement). Current AFP National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or a higher qualification relevant to clinical practice in a primary health care setting Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
