ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Engineers to join a market-leading contractor delivering major infrastructure works across NSW. The Role Join a team that’s shaping some of NSW’s most important infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex piling packages using modern foundation systems. This position suits engineers who thrive in hands-on, fast-paced site environments and are looking to expand their technical and project leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Support daily site operations in collaboration with engineers, supervisors, and foremen Ensure all works align with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards Supervise temporary works installations and enforce site safety protocols Prepare and track short-term construction programs and scheduling plans Draft methodologies and risk assessments tailored to project conditions Identify and document variations or scope changes for commercial review Maintain clear and accurate site diaries and project documentation What You Bring 5 years’ experience in piling, ground engineering, or heavy civil projects A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent Hands-on knowledge of techniques like CFA, bored, driven, and sheet piling Strong understanding of site practices and construction methodologies Well-organized with the ability to manage documentation and multiple priorities Willingness to travel between projects across NSW when required A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with excellent communication skills What’s On Offer Salary range: $90K–$130K Super, depending on experience Exposure to technically diverse and high-value projects Strong support for career growth and skill development within a market leader.
