We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Lead/Manager. This role is a key position of the Technology team responsible for developing and leading the organisation's business intelligence capabilities across the Microsoft Azure data platform. This role spans the full BI development lifecycle including data engineering, data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, visualisation, reporting, and data support services. You will partner with various business departments to deliver actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making, performance improvement, and innovation. The role also provides leadership in maturing our data governance, quality, and data integration practices to support scalable and secure analytics delivery. Key Skills & Experience: Proven leadership in BI initiatives with a pragmatic and agile approach, ensuring high availability and cost-effective solutions. Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Data Factory, and Azure SQL Databases. Expertise in Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric, with a strong track record of delivering insightful and scalable reporting solutions. Demonstrated experience supporting complex, Tier One enterprise applications in high-availability environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships. Proven ability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs.
