They are now seeking to employ an experienced Project Manager to join them to deliver residential and commercial land development projects in Adelaide. Role As a Project Manager you will report to the Construction Manager with your responsibilities including; Manage residential and commercial land development projects Manage and respond to tenders for new construction projects Guide a team of junior engineers assigned to your projects Lead project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System Oversee project planning and programming tasks Manage and build client and subcontractor relationships Deliver projects in conjunction with the field supervisory team Review and act on performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates Mitigate and act on project performance issues Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly Oversee the procurement of plant, equipment and material for projects Background We are looking for a candidate who has a demonstrable history in the delivery of civil construction projects in SA, tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, a white card, Australian work rights and excellent communication skills.
