Project Manager / Operations Manager – Specialist Piling Projects Are you an experienced Project Manager or Operations Manager with a strong background in Piling and Geotechnical works? We’re working with a leading specialist contractor on the lookout for an accomplished engineering professional to lead the delivery of complex piling projects across the region. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll manage all aspects of project delivery – from engineering design to site operations – while fostering strong client relationships and driving safety, quality, and innovation across the board. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end execution of piling projects, ensuring adherence to QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) and internal management systems. Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-performing projects safely, on time and on budget. Proactively improve systems, drive cost savings, and ensure quality through rigorous project audits and risk management. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement among your team. Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and report on key project outcomes. Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry discussions.
