Key accountabilities include: Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members Manage a small caseload with view to reduce this as team grows Overseeing quality assurance, file reviews and compliance with service standards Foster a high performing, values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.
