About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Team Leader to join our North Rocks team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to individuals with disabilities. Your focus will be on empowering clients, leading with empathy, and supporting team performance to achieve positive client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of disability support workers. Coordinate daily operations and client services, ensuring a safe, engaging, and respectful environment. Support clients to achieve their individual goals in line with their NDIS plans. Liaise with families, carers, and allied health professionals to ensure consistent, holistic care. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and best practices in disability support. Promote a culture of inclusion, dignity, and respect within the team and wider community. About You Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or related field. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within disability or community services. Sound understanding of the NDIS framework and person-centred support. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead by example. A positive, proactive approach with excellent organisational skills. Current drivers licence, First Aid certificate, and relevant clearances Why Join Us?
