About the role As the Regional Sales Manager you are working closely with Showroom Managers to enhance the customer experience, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen our brand across NSW. This role requires an experienced multi-site retailer who has an exceptional track record in coaching selling skills and managing sales performance. Key Responsibilities Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & managing the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targets Using initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes Leading and motivating showroom teams to achieve their sales targets Training and developing showroom teams to deliver exceptional service Managing rosters to maximise showroom staff coverage Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms Maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising About You Have significant multi-site retail management experience with strong experience in managing and motivating teams Can demonstrate a proven track record in driving a sales team through training, coaching, and performance management utilising KPIs Exceptional skills & experience in managing conflict & resolving complaints Have sales experience in similar premium showroom environments Are highly organised and have excellent time management Can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of established standards including; customer ordering, visual presentation standards, and individual team member performance Why Join Us?
