Client Details We are seeking a full-time permanent Internal Auditor for our FMCG client based in North Sydney. Description Your key duties are following but not limited to: Internal Auditing Strategic direction, manage and execute all internal audit activities (J-Sox Process Control Audit, FCRP (End of Year closing checklist review), NT Check, J-Sox IT Audit, Internal Audit and Performance Audit) Manage external auditors and internal auditors from the head office Project Work Prepare J-Sox documentation including Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and sales manual Design and draft new accounting and IT policy manuals Develop standard audit criteria across the group including procedure manual Compliance Ensures required workplace health and safety actions are completed as required Complies with legislative and organisational requirements Monitor compliance, prepare and present audit findings and recommendations Other Assist and provide input towards the IT project Update Office Manual Prepare reports on ad-hoc basis Profile In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths: CA or CPA or CIA qualified Experience with internal audit and compliance within commercial firm is required Travel required Strong stakeholder management skills and organisational skills Outstanding attention to detail Experience in collecting and analysing complex data, evaluating information and systems, drawing logical conclusions and documenting improvement recommendations in clear and concise audit reports Proven experience in engaging with and managing the expectations of stakeholder groups at all levels Demonstrated ability to take initiative and generate ideas resulting in continuous improvement and innovation Job Offer Please register your interest in this role by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
