Key Responsibilities Design & Development Lead the design of mechanical components and systems with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and quality. Produce precise 3D CAD models and technical documentation in line with project objectives. Analysis & Simulation Conduct detailed structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations to evaluate and optimize product performance. Apply FEA/CFD tools to drive data-informed design enhancements. Prototyping & Validation Build and test prototypes to validate design assumptions and ensure compliance with performance requirements. Translate test data into actionable improvements for product refinement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with electrical, software, and civil engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components within larger systems. Contribute to design reviews and foster a problem-solving culture. Technical Innovation & Problem Solving Resolve complex design and production challenges with practical, cost-effective solutions. Continuously improve designs based on performance data and evolving user needs. About You We’re looking for a forward-thinking professional with a passion for engineering innovation and product development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree highly regarded) Strong foundation in mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor) Experience with engineering simulation software (ANSYS, COMSOL, or equivalent) Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments Practical experience with prototyping and mechanical testing is advantageous Why Join Prophecy Visual Pty Ltd?
