About The Role Provide ethical decision-making aligned with organizational goals. Assess patients, determine investigations, and establish management plans in consultation with a supervisor. Ensure early discharge planning for inpatients. Communicate findings and management plans with patients, carers, and healthcare teams. Gather multidisciplinary input for ongoing patient care. Monitor and review patient progress, adjusting plans as needed. Ensure effective clinical handovers and communication with GPs and other providers. Participate in tutorials, grand rounds, courses, and on-the-job training to develop skills. Act as a role model and guide residents and interns, engaging in educational programs. Follow hospital practices, ensure safety, and participate in quality reviews and organizational improvements.
