Finance and Operations Manager Position Available- MF MANCO PTY LTD Job Title: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Managerto lead our financial and operational functions, integrate technology solutions, and manage offshore teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in financial planning, operational efficiency, and proficiency in IT systems. You must also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to effectively oversee a remote/offshore team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Direct the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings and income. Determine, implement, monitor, review, and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies, policies, and plans in consultation with other managers. Provide accurate financial information and interpret its implications for business performance and funding needs. Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting systems. Assess capital finance proposals and evaluate the financial status of operational projects. Advise on investment strategies, sources of funding, and distribution of earnings. Deliver long-range profit forecasts, budgeting frameworks, and financial planning strategies. Ensure compliance with financial legislation, reporting requirements, and relevant accounting standards. Manage core accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end and year-end close processes. Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies. Identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive operational improvements across the finance function. Engage in high-level financial planning and decision-making with executive leadership. Streamline business operations and support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. Lead and mentor accounting and operations staff, providing training and performance feedback. Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of finance-related systems, including ERP, CRM, and accounting platforms. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and reliable data flow. Lead digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving financial productivity and automation. Manage and coordinate with offshore finance and operations teams across multiple time zones. Qualifications: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CA or CPA preferred). Preferred: Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven business environment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., FYI, Trello). Strong knowledge of data security and IT compliance standards. 5 years of experience in a finance and/or operations leadership role. Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, MS Excel, Power BI). Solid understanding of IT systems and digital tools relevant to finance and operations. Proven experience in managing and scaling offshore or distributed teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
