Senior Product Owner – Unloan At Unloan, we’re reimagining what home loans should be: simple, fast, and customer-first. As we double down on becoming a truly product-led organisation, we’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the charge on transforming our application experience and embedding intelligent, customer-facing AI into every step of the journey. You’re a product leader who will be responsible for the end-to-end experience of our home loan application journey. Your mission is to make the application journey to not feel like an application at all by: Integrating smart, explainable AI experiences that address customer queries, that’s also working hard to naturally collect necessary data points necessary for the application. Removing friction and reduce drop-off at every step of the experience. Optimising for conversion and decision speed. You’ll work in a durable, cross-functional team alongside engineers, designers, marketers, and operations—co-owning outcomes, not just shipping features. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision and strategy for the Unloan application experience and AI-powered customer interactions. Analyse customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Lead and coach continuous discovery across your value stream to deeply understand customer pain points, behaviours, and unmet needs. Collaborate with design and engineering to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on solutions. Lead and coach the team on how we can best define and track success metrics that reflect customer and business outcomes. Ensure all solutions owned by the team are valuable (customers want them), viable (they work for the business), usable (they’re intuitive), and feasible (we can build them). Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the business. Champion a culture of empowered teams, outcome-based planning, and continuous learning. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a digital-first, high-growth environment. Strong background in customer experience, digital products, or AI/ML-powered solutions. Track record in team leadership or demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams achieve more. Deep, practical experience in how to best execute on continuous product discovery and agile delivery. Ability to turn insights into action, balancing data, intuition, and business context. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to lead through influence. Customer-obsessed: you go beyond surface feedback to uncover root problems. Iteration mindset: you don’t just meet the requirement, you find the best way to solve the problem. Bonus: Experience in financial services, lending, or regulated environments.
