How you will make contributions that matter Join our team at the ILC in Laverton as a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor , where you’ll lead site reliability, safety, and performance in a fast-paced 24/5 environment. This role is partly hands on and involves maintaining equipment, refrigeration, vehicles, and infrastructure, supervising a Maintenance Technician, managing contractors, and overseeing maintenance and capital works budgets. You'll also drive reliability improvements and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all site maintenance activities and contractors Maintain a CMMS database of work requests, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance Oversee planning, cost reporting, and budget forecasting.
