Our Hillsong College team are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team. This role will be responsible for facilitating and managing logistics requirements for the Hills campus as required. Other aspects of this role include: Facilities Provide set up and pack down of college classrooms and facilities. Provide set up and pack down of resources for key college events. Responsible to identify possible risks and opportunities for improvement Leadership Work alongside Logistics oversight and student operations teams (set-up/pack-down, training hosts, chairs, walls, scanners and excellence) Coordinate and work with Operations Manager and Logistics Oversight according to each campus needs. Communication Communicate with key areas of Church to facilitate appropriate use of college classrooms. Liaise with the Operations Manager and Logistics Oversight with all the operational requirements for events such as Orientation, enrolment, graduation, chapel and other student and staff events. OHS Ensure that WHS guidelines (where applicable) are adhered to. Have a commitment to the Code of Practice, Code of Conduct and Policies and a willingness to implement the Operational Procedures, including the various regulatory Cooperate with any other needs as they arise to ensure safety of clients Governance Must operate according to relevant legislation, organizational policy & procedures, AQTF standards and CRICOS requirements. Responsible to identify possible risks and opportunities for improvement to the RTO and report them to the principal for rectification. Abide by relevant State and Federal legislation. Ideally, the successful candidate will bring : Tertiary qualifications in the areas of Theology or Christian Ministry, as well as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not required.
