Join My Support Team – Make a Meaningful Impact I’m a 28-year-old woman living in West Richmond who enjoys swimming, community walks, and movies. I’m currently working on improving my fitness and leading a more active lifestyle. I’m looking for a dedicated support worker to assist me with transport to medical appointments and help with medication administration. The Role An exciting opportunity is available to join my team of amazing support workers who help me live my best life. This is a 1:1 support role where you’ll play an essential part in my day-to-day routines. Key Responsibilities Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Support me with at-home activities such as cooking and arts Help me work toward my personal goals and reach my potential Implement established support plans to encourage life skill development Actively engage in person-centered support Maintain accurate and timely records Roster I am looking for someone to support me on a Part Time basis. The roster will be as follow: Week 1: Monday 6:00 pm-8:00pm, Tuesday off, Wednesday 6:00 pm-8:00pm, Thursday 6:00 pm-8:00pm, Friday 08:00 am- 12:00 pm, Saturday 08:00 am- 10:00am, Sunday off Week 2: Monday off, Tuesday 08:00 am- 10:00am, Wednesday 6:00 pm-8:00pm, Thursday 08:00 am- 12:00 pm, Friday 08:00 am- 12:00 pm, Saturday off and Sunday 6:00 pm-8:00pm What You'll Need: NDIS Worker Screening Working with Children Check Valid Driver’s Licence Current First Aid & CPR Certification Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or similar About You I’d love to work with someone who is creative, optimistic, and passionate about making a difference. You’ll be helping me gain confidence in planning, shopping for, and preparing healthy meals—and supporting me to live a more fulfilling and independent life.
