The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Floating Centre Manager to join our team across sites at Heatherton, Mitcham, Hallam, and Knoxfield. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, significantly impacting the day-to-day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of the AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Production Workshop Management: oversee the workshop's production management to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicle repairs to pre-accident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: ensure the site operates profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools to understand site performance. Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing levels and processes on site. Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with work providers. Work Health and Safety (WHS): maintain a safe site by following WHS policies and procedures, reporting safety incidents or near misses immediately, and managing the WHS system effectively.
