This is a hands-on role for someone eager to gain experience in sales, communication, and startups. The internship is open to both local and international students (including French students seeking a 6-month placement in Australia). You'll work closely with the Director of Australiance on sales-related tasks and collaborate with the Marketing & Community Manager on communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Research and identify leads and prospects across all service lines Assist in setting up sales meetings and tracking the pipeline in CRM Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Attend selected networking events and help with follow-up activities Partnership & Community Support: Assist with lead generation and relationship follow-up post-networking events (Startup&Angels) Help coordinate and communicate with partners and attendees Communications & Marketing: Draft and schedule content for LinkedIn, newsletters (ActiveCampaign), and social media Create and publish event promotions and recaps Support content creation related to talent attraction and community growth Help update and manage our WordPress website (basic level) Requirements Currently enrolled in university, pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field Available at least 3.5 days per week for a period of 6 months Located in Sydney, Australia and available for hybrid working arrangement Available as soon as possible to start in early July 2025 Strong communication skills, written and verbal Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple projects Confident in reaching out to people and building relationships Interest in startups, recruitment, events, or international business Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, WordPress, ActiveCampaign or similar is a plus Benefits Why Join Us?
