We are looking for a marketer that has launched projects and increased revenue month-on-month for new products We create products for UX Designers. They are a simple, physical product we ship and these products sit at the top of our marketing funnel, ending with a SaaS solution for design teams. You will be working part-time to start, once the team is onboard you will be working part-time to full-time. You will be getting an hourly rate a percentage of every unit we sell through our sites. You will provide bi-weekly progress reports to the founder. Job responsibilities include: - Marketing strategy - Planning and Execution - Evaluate important metrics that effect our website traffic - Measure and Report - Budget Management - Setting up magnetic email marketing campaigns, tracking metrics - Building and nurturing an email list through cold emailing, newsletters etc - Implementing low cost/high impact traffic strategies and optimizing winners -working with our social media influencers to run promotional campaigns - Running social media ads/working with social media groups to run campaigns MUST HAVES - Launched products and can demonstrate revenue and metric driven results -Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns -Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate -Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels -Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) -Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) -Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns -Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking -String SEO, SMM, SEM knowledge. -Paid social media advertising expertise NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with web design - Copywriting - Sales experience - Customer service or customer success experience - Graphic design - Remote team management experience We look forward to having you on our team.
