About the role Reporting to the Director of Business Support for our National Aged Care team you will provide high level administrative support to enable the Aged Care Business Support team to operate more effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience in reporting, confidence in the use of excel and high analytical skills to analyse various reports and processes and provide insight into best practice. This is a 6-month full time position where you will have the flexibility to work from home or one of our offices. Key responsibilities Coordinate and collate reporting, including providing analysis and insights Assist with writing and developing processes Analysing data and reports to assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes Developing presentations Various administrative tasks as required Scheduling and minute taking of meetings Skills & experience Experience in an Administration or Executive Officer role supporting Leaders in a fast paced environment Strong analytical skills, confidence in the use of excel for reporting Strong written, verbally and computer skills Ability to think creatively and use initiative Experience working in an agile environment with a focus on efficiencies Effective relationship building skills and the ability to collaborative with others Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
