As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospects, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a welcoming, and engaging community environment. JOB DESCRIPTION Engaging first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospects across reception, phone, email, and social media. Handle daily front-of-house operations, including package management, suite bookings, lift scheduling, and resident enquiries. Support resident engagement by assisting with events, communications, and maintaining up-to-date local knowledge. Maintain tidy, safe, and presentable shared spaces, ensuring a consistently high standard across the community. Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including CRM updates, reporting, compliance, and leasing support. About You We are looking for a team-oriented, adaptable, and committed individual whom takes pride in creating great resident experience.
