About the Role: This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and act as a reliable right-hand to the Director. You’ll play a critical role in supporting client relationships, document management, reporting, and team coordination within the company. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level executive support to the Director, including calendar, email, and meeting coordination Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive experience Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Coordinate internal communication, project timelines, and team meetings What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a high-level administration role, ideally within commercial property or real estate Outstanding organisation and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a bonus High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively If you're an experienced EA with a passion for organisation and a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
