We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated, and proactive Early Childhood Practitioner who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, transdisciplinary team. ABOUT THE ROLE Deliver early intervention supports using a Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families. Provide early intervention support and therapy for children aged 0–9 on the NDIS through National 360’s 360 Kids program, using a coordinated and family-centred approach. Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans. Provide services in-home, in community settings (e.g., childcare centres), and at our local clinic. Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play.
