Full-Time Hours Available Ongoing, Stable Shifts with Permanent Potential Competitive Pay: $40–$80/hr (with Weekend & Public Holiday Loadings) What you will be doing: You’ll be leading a hardworking kitchen team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to residents, ensuring compliance with all food safety standards. Shift Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations and workflow Supervise, lead, and roster kitchen staff effectively Maintain compliance with WH&S, HACCP, QA, and Food Safety regulations Assist with menu planning, updates, and implementation Work closely with facility managers, residents, and clients Ensure meals are well-presented and meet Aged Care standards What we need from you: Commercial cookery or hospitality qualifications preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Understanding of Aged Care accreditation standards and food service guidelines National police check within 2 years Experience in large volume cooking Knowledge of Infection Control Must be double COVID-19 vaccinated Ready to Apply?
