About the Role: Employed by Webuild , we are seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Engineer (Fit Out / Finishes) to join our team at Bradfield Station. This entry-level role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-profile rail infrastructure project. Working closely with senior engineers and site leadership, the successful candidate will support the delivery of complex station fit-out and finishes packages, ensuring quality, safety, and program milestones are met. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and delivery of station fit-out and architectural finishes work across Bradfield Station. Work closely with subcontractors, design teams, and project engineers to support the execution of finishing works to specification. Monitor quality and safety compliance on site, including ITPs, checklists, and defect management. Support the development of short-term programs, lookaheads, and material tracking. Contribute to planning and procurement activities, including scope reviews and technical clarifications. Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures. Collaborate across construction, design, and commercial teams to identify and resolve on-site challenges. Participate in regular site inspections and progress meetings, reporting to senior engineers. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A strong interest in station architecture, fit-out, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-first attitude. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to solving problems. Previous internship or placement experience in construction (desirable but not essential). A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
