Workfast is seeking Factory Hands and Pick Packers to join our client’s manufacturing and distribution team based in Narangba, QLD . These are full-time ongoing opportunities with competitive pay and the potential for permanent placement. Location: Narangba, QLD Pay Rate: $35/hr OT and Super (Factory Hand with Forklift License) $32/hr OT & Super (Factory Hand) Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (full-time) What You Get $35.00 per hour OT super ( with valid forklift licence ) $32.00 per hour OT super ( general factory/pick packer roles ) Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:30pm Immediate start Ongoing work with full-time hours Opportunity to go permanent Work with a well-established global business About You 2 years experience in factory, production, or warehousing roles Forklift Licence – beneficial Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet Basic computer skills – Essential Must have own transport or reliable way to get to site Long-term work mindset and availability Duties Will Include General factory hand and pick/packing work Forklift operation (for licensed roles) Dispatch labouring Manual handling and lifting when required Following direction from supervisors and team leads Assisting with production and packaging processes About Us Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
