Responsibilities Lead multi-channel brand and digital marketing strategies across ecommerce, education, and franchise channels. Drive digital growth through data-led decision-making, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimisation. Oversee customer acquisition, loyalty, and market expansion initiatives. Manage a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring alignment with commercial goals Report on KPIs including revenue, engagement, acquisition, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 8 years’ experience in senior brand and digital roles, ideally within beauty, retail, or lifestyle sectors. Proven success in ecommerce, CRM, loyalty, and digital performance marketing. Strong commercial mindset and leadership skills.
