Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprentices Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC’s quality standards Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence What are we looking for?
