Your New Role Reporting to Workforce Planning Manager, this role sits within the Business Support Team. Workforce planning is progressively being implementing within Australian Super and is an important function for the future AustralianSuper member service model. The successful candidate will have previous experience and understanding of Workforce Planning. This role will play a pivotal role in the embedding of work force planning; you will contribute to the development of our system and become a source of knowledge and expertise. You will be responsible for documenting procedures and understanding systems that facilitates consistency in the process across multiple teams. Some of your duties will include, but not limited to: Motivate and inspire colleagues on the benefits of workforce planning while demonstrating commitment to the Fund’s values, decision pillars and leadership principles. Demonstrate and deliver active operations management balancing the cost, quality, and service to provide an improved level of service and experience for Members. Engage with leaders to understand the impact of activities that drive the yearly forecast of volumes. Contribute to the development of the workforce planning frameworks, including tactical and strategic tools. Design and document the workforce planning processes. What You’ll Need Workforce planning skills and advanced MS Excel analytical and modelling skills to create and present detailed reports. Ability to document the work instructions on how workforce planning functions and how to use the system from both workforce planning and business usage. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Experience with change management and communication. An ability to work autonomously and pro-actively without supervision and to set own work plan to meet deadlines. Demonstrate active operations management balancing the cost, quality, and service to provide an improved level of service and experience for Members.
