Position Title: Flame Territory Manager – Vic / Tas Reports to: General Manager - Flame & Commercial Key Relationships: · Senior Management team · Sales Team commercial · Dealer Group · Marketing Team · Commercial Manager · Finance Dept · Customer Care Dept Overview: Planning Prepare and implement sales and marketing plans to grow the Territory in the Vic / Tas. Work with the GM/ NSM in the preparation, achievement and implementation of sales budgets and Territory plans. Monitoring Monitor all sales activities in the territory dealer base and implement changes where required to meet objectives. Monitor all competitor activity and report potential threats Main Responsibilities · Achieve sales budgets in the Vic / Tas region. · Report to GM/ NSM on all major initiatives’ progress and results · Develop and implement training courses to ensure a culture of continued learning in dealer base. · Build key relationships with all dealers in the territory · Participate in dealer conferences including appropriate content where required · Identify and organise external training where required · Develop high level relationships with top 20 dealers in the territory · Help plan and stage home show and dealer events with inputs from GM and Vic sales team commercial. · Input to product managers on the development of new products the market sees or needs · Liaise with other departments where required to ensure excellent customer outcomes · Continually monitor and develop plans to grow market share · Meet regularly with GM to discuss all aspects of the territory and company progress · Continually grow and improve the dealer group in all GDA Flame categories. Wood, Electric and Gas. · Liaise with GM/ NSM monthly for demand plan for VIC / TAS · Ensure all dealers receive the best possible service and response to any enquiries. · Take measures to ensure skill set & industry knowledge is current to responsibilities. · Reduce travel time in lieu of virtual, phone & email communication where appropriate. · Show continual growth in technical and industry aspects of the products you represent Main Duties: · Make contact regularly with dealers to discuss sales progress to budgets and plans · Assist customer care team on order activations and back order advice wherever possible · Look at potential growth regions across the territory · Respond to ALL sales, technical, business and training requests in a timely manner · Resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective manner · Be informed of dealer back orders to current SOH · Ensure dealers are informed of current stock levels · Organise and assist in the development and delivery of technical training courses · Monitor sales reports daily · Report sales results on a timely manner, weekly, monthly, annually · Gather market intelligence to allow a thorough understanding of competitor activity · Ensure price lists are distributed to appropriate market segments and are accurate · Utilise Microsoft Teams regularly to communicate, hold meetings and train. · Ensure CRM is logged daily with all key discussions, movements & business records. · Ensure all new product releases or changes are communicated to the dealer base in the territory ASAP.
