Overview: Summary Casual Professional: HEW 5 Hybrid working options 12% Superannuation Based across City and Brunswick Campuses About the Project The College of Design and Social Context is seeking a Program Lifecycle Officer to support program transition and Program Lifecycle Activities. During this project you may be: Supporting internal stakeholders Develop program maps and student transition lists Supporting the Project Lead with using the Program Mapping Tool Activities associated with new program development and discontinuations. Liaising across the College and University, to ensure quality outcomes and consistency of information with regards to program and course lifecycle. The Role May include Act as liaison with College and school teams regarding program lifecycle activities. Coordinate and compile reports Data Management and program mapping Work collaboratively with School Academic Services/Student and Program Lifecycle teams and Program Managers to develop program maps to support transition activities related to program discontinuation Assist other teams across the portfolio and College as required within the scope of this classification. About you Demonstrated expertise in program administration Ability to triage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent Communication skills – ability to adapt communication style across a variety of stakeholders High level of proficiency across Microsoft Suite – focus on Excel, SharePoint and Teams Ability to learn and adapt to inhouse software platforms Experience in Higher Education with an understanding of Undergraduate Structures and Study Plans Applications Close: 17 July 2025 11.59 pm RMIT is an equal opportunity employer committed to being a child safe organisation.
