We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. This role serves as a critical link between business objectives and advanced AI capabilities, delivering scalable, secure, and forward-looking architectures that enable transformation across the Group. What do I need? Strong experience in solution architecture within the IT industry, preferably in financial services. Proven track record in the architecture, design, and delivery of AI solutions, preferably on Azure and AWS. Hands-on experience with AI and ML services in AWS (e.g., Bedrock) and Azure (e.g., Azure ML, AI Foundry). Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies, particularly in Generative AI, with a focus on agentic frameworks, AI-ready data, and multimodal AI systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders—to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures. Experience defining technical strategy and designing enterprise AI systems with a focus on performance, security, and compliance. Skilled in creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams following best practices. Why join us?
