Caravan Fix Yatala is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to take the reins at one of our busiest and most established repair centres. As part of a national network of specialist caravan and RV repairers, Caravan Fix is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment to lead the charge. About the Role This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Yatala centre. You’ll manage people, processes, and performance to ensure the site operates efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You’ll be supported by a capable head office team, but it’s your leadership on the ground that will drive results. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a diverse team across repairs, administration and customer service Managing workshop operations, job scheduling, and customer communication Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance Coordinating with insurers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Meeting KPIs around productivity, workflow and customer satisfaction About You You have a strong background in service operations, trades, or workshop management—and you're ready to lead from the front.
