About the Role This role is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact position with both technical depth and leadership scope. You’ll be hands-on with cloud infrastructure while guiding a globally distributed team of six engineers (mostly based in Australia). About 30% of your time will be spent on people leadership, with the rest focused on technical contribution. You’ll inherit a team that’s seen six managers in five years—so your ability to lead with empathy, consistency, and clarity will be key. You’ll be scripting, pair programming, and helping shape the future of the platform alongside engineering and AI teams.
