About the Role As Head of Investment, you will: Lead AusBiotech’s efforts to build and strengthen relationships with the Australian investment community. Showcase the dynamic opportunities within the biotech and medtech sectors. Oversee our flagship ‘Invest’ series of events. Provide strategic insight and represent AusBiotech in key forums. This is a unique opportunity for a highly networked, strategic thinker with strong experience in the life sciences or investment sectors to shape the future of Australia’s innovation economy. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic relationships with investors across biotech and medtech. Lead the delivery of AusBiotech’s Invest event series, working closely with the in-house events team. Ensure event design reflects investor feedback and aligns with international best practice. Curate and develop sector insights, trend analysis, and investment-focused content. Represent AusBiotech in investor forums and strategic communications. Collaborate across internal teams and lead any investment-related advisory groups. About You Proven experience in life sciences, biotech, medtech, or investment-focused roles. Strong, credible networks within the Australian investment community. Demonstrated strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative and adaptable working style. Why Join Us?
