We’re on the hunt for a capable Workshop Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations at our Albion branch, Victoria. This is a production workshop & we are looking for a strong leader who knows how to run a safe, productive, and well-organised workshop. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone from a trade, construction, mechanical or industrial background who knows how to lead from the front, set priorities, and get the best out of a team. What you’ll be doing: Leading and mentoring a small team of trades and yard staff Organising daily workflow and allocating jobs Overseeing repairs, fabrication, and modifications (training provided) Promoting and supporting safe work practices Managing timesheets, leave approvals, and team onboarding Maintaining tools, equipment, and workshop supplies Operating forklifts and maintaining a tidy, efficient yard What you’ll bring: A trade background (metal work, fabrication, mechanical or similar) Leadership experience in a hands-on setting Strong safety focus, time management, and communication skills Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, time tracking) Forklift licence (or willing to get one) Container experience is great—but not essential, we’ll train you!
