Group Fixed Operations Manager Brisbane | $150K–$200K Super | Monday to Friday Only We’re partnering with a growing automotive group in Brisbane looking to appoint a Group Fixed Operations Manager to lead their multi-site service, parts, warranty, and reconditioning operations. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, COO, and CFO, offering full accountability for operational performance across multiple locations. It’s suited to someone with high-volume experience, a process-driven mindset, and strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor department heads across service, parts, warranty, and reconditioning. Use data and KPIs to drive performance, quality, and efficiency Oversee the reconditioning process from intake to final QC Improve turnaround times, procurement processes, and cost management in parts Enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability Ensure compliance, safety, and team accountability What You’ll Bring Proven success managing fixed operations at a senior level Strong working knowledge of automotive DMS and financial reporting Experience leading high-performing teams across multiple departments Hands-on, structured, and commercially minded leadership style Please note that only current Australian or New Zealand Citizens or PR holders will be considered.
