About the role: Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll lead the entire service division across several well-regarded brands. The role spans passenger and commercial operations, with functional managers reporting into you across: Service reception and customer experience PD and accessory fitment Workshop control and foreman functions Warranty compliance and administration About you: You’re an experienced aftersales leader with strong operational oversight and people leadership skills. You’ve likely led a large team before, understand the unique dynamics of both passenger and commercial service, and know how to maintain performance while fostering a positive team culture.
