About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Customer Acquisition & Product, you will lead a suite of Financial Lines products and provide strong leadership within the Product Team. You will play a hands-on role in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery of key initiatives. This role suits a senior product specialist with solid Financial Lines experience, confident leadership skills, and a proven ability to turn strategy into execution. The Opportunity – Portfolio Specialist, Financial Lines: Lead Financial Lines products, managing insurer relationships, product performance, and enhancements Coordinate product delivery from scoping to release, including documentation and testing Use data insights and industry feedback to drive product improvements and innovation Monitor product metrics and report on outcomes with recommendations Collaborate with technology, analytics, and operations teams on strategic changes Support underwriting guideline development and ensure insurer compliance Contribute to internal documentation and training materials Assist with audits and maintain operational alignment across the business About You We’re looking for someone with: Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Financial Lines insurance products (PI, ML, D&O, Cyber) in either underwriting or broking. Strong technical knowledge of financial lines product structures, performance, and insurer offerings. Proven experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams, including product, compliance, and tech delivery. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and prioritisation skills. Naturally detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. Exposure to or understanding of product lifecycle and delivery processes is highly regarded. Experience leading or mentoring within teams. Legal, claims, or underwriting backgrounds with strong product experience will be considered. Why Apply?
