We are currently seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel and provide unforgettable guest experiences. What You’ll Do: Deliver warm, professional service from check-in to check-out Be a trusted source of knowledge for guests, offering recommendations on local attractions and experiences Handle reservations, room allocations, and payments with attention to detail Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues with confidence and care Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless stay for every guest HIGA award rate: $25.80 per hour (Monday to Friday) $32.25 per hour (Saturday) $38.70 per hour (Sunday)
