TP Human Capital is currently seeking experienced Water Labourers for a temporary assignment based in Townsville, supporting a government client. This role is responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance of bulk water infrastructure. Location: Townsville Employment Type: Temporary (until September 2025) Pay Rate: $36.86 per hour Hours: 38 hours per week (overtime may be required) Key Responsibilities: Carry out repairs to bulk water pipelines and assets Carry out facility maintenance tasks Perform pipelaying and pipeline maintenance, including work on large diameter water pipes, valves and fittings Use various powered hand tools and minor plant Conduct preventative maintenance Attend to burst water mains and burst fire hydrants Operate the excavator Cut concrete Perform pump station maintenance Requirements: Current Queensland “MR” class driver’s licence / ‘C’ Class open license.
