Pala5 CHEF Permanent full-time position 38 hours per week $70,000 – $80,000 per year superannuation Location: Osborne Park, WA We are looking for a Chef for our business, Pala5 Café, a Filipino-inspired café known for soulful comfort food and creative seasonal dishes. The Chef will report to the Owners and will be responsible for the following: Designing and preparing seasonal and regular menu items Coordinating kitchen operations, food prep, and presentation Managing food stock, suppliers, and kitchen efficiency Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Leading and training kitchen staff as needed Successful applicants must have: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of Asian or fusion-style cuisine preferred Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Able to demonstrate an understanding of cafe KPIs and deliver on them consistently Barista experience is a plus If you are interested in this job, please email your resume to careers@pala5.com.au.
