About the Role We’re currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Relief Ground Handlers to join our high-performing team on our operational sites across regional Australia. Working on various rosters from Perth, this role is ideal for the individual who enjoys physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced and safety-critical environment. You’ll be an essential part of the ground handling team, ensuring the smooth and safe turnaround of both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. • Coordinating the safe and timely loading/unloading of passengers, baggage, and freight • Assisting with aircraft turnaround in line with operator schedules • Receipt and dispatch of all aircraft arrivals and departures • Marshalling and escorting passengers across airside areas • Operating and performing routine checks on ground service equipment (GSE) and company vehicles • Ensuring safe delivery of baggage and freight, including handling of Dangerous Goods • Preparing ground equipment allocations in line with scheduled arrivals (SWMPs) • Maintaining high housekeeping standards in terminal and airside areas, including cyclone readiness • Supporting operational training and mentoring of other staff as directed • Adhering to Safe Work Procedures and reporting all hazards, incidents, or risks • Performing limited relief ARO duties, where qualified and required • Participating in team rotations and toolbox meetings About You You understand the vital importance of aerodromes to the aviation industry and you already know this niche sector has a lot going for it!
