The Role You'll Play As a Sr. Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in retaining high-risk Mindbody customers. This quota-carrying role combines sales acumen, consultative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to protect revenue and deliver long-term customer success. Engage directly with at-risk customers to understand challenges and prevent cancellations. Lead consultative calls that address pain points and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with teams across CX, Onboarding, Sales, and Implementation to align on retention strategy. Drive retention outcomes using data, customer insights, and strong project management. Follow internal processes and playbooks while exceeding retention targets. Experience You Bring 1–3 years in a SaaS sales, upgrade, or retention role with a proven track record. Strong technical fluency in APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions. Confident communicator and presenter, able to handle objections and win trust. Data-driven mindset with forecasting and analysis experience. Team player with a collaborative spirit and calm under pressure. Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.
