About the Role We are looking for capable, suitably qualified pre-hospital emergency care practitioners to deliver face-to-face training via our Intensive Workshop Program for Certificate III, Certificate IV, and Diploma Paramedical students. Key responsibilities of the role include: Train and assess students at Clinical Workshops. Assess and provide feedback to student theory assessments submitted online. Teach students through online lectures, study groups and 1-on-1 phone calls. Contribute to the continuous improvement of APC’s courses. Maintain competency and currency as a Trainer & Assessor. Participate in company-wide projects and events. About You You will be excited to help build, improve and deliver courses that are recognised as exemplary across Australia and beyond and will also enjoy having a laugh with like-minded peers along the way! Essential Requirements Industry qualifications: Bachelor of Paramedicine, or HLT51020 Diploma of Emergency Health Care, or HLT51015 Diploma of Paramedical Science, or equivalent. TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Current or recent work experience in a pre-hospital emergency health care setting. The ability to maintain standard clinical pre-hospital care competencies.
