What You’ll Be Doing: Building trusted relationships with customers—both existing and new Learning about and promoting the latest John Deere machinery and precision ag products Understanding each customer’s unique needs and recommending solutions to help them succeed Managing a designated territory and helping grow our footprint in the region Working closely with a supportive team to hit sales targets and deliver great customer service What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in sales (agriculture or machinery is a bonus, but not required) A strong interest in the farming industry and willingness to learn Great communication and people skills—you enjoy getting to know customers Self-motivation, reliability, and a team-first attitude A current driver’s licence and openness to travel within your territory If you’re curious, coachable, and passionate about helping customers, we want to hear from you.
