This leadership role plays a critical part in shaping and executing the company’s fleet, facilities, and asset strategy, with an eye on operational excellence, sustainability, and long-term capability. About the Role Reporting into the executive team, you will responsible for delivering the fleet and facilities strategy, leading asset management, and driving a unified, national approach to maintenance and engineering support across the organisation. You will lead from both a strategic and operational perspective, developing long-term equipment and fleet pipeline planning aligned with business needs. The role also has a key focus on sustainability, designing and implementing low-carbon fleet solutions to support the business’s environmental commitments. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute the fleet and facilities strategy aligned to business goals Provide leadership across national fleet, asset, and facilities operations Coach and develop teams, supporting high performance and compliance Champion best practice governance and asset management principles Fleet & Facilities Management Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of fleet and facilities Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards Manage telematics, HVM compliance, fleet lifecycle, and utilisation Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and innovation About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
