It's a mix of face-to-face service, back-of-house warehouse work, and online order fulfilment—no two days are ever the same. Our client is a major supplier to the construction industry, boasting a thriving local customer base and a rapidly growing online presence. They’re now looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant & Customer Service professional to join their close-knit team of 3–4 in Queanbeyan. What You'll Be Doing: Greeting walk-in customers and helping them find the right gear Picking and packing online orders for tradies and businesses across Australia Answering customer calls and replying to email enquiries Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised, and fully stocked Handling inventory, assisting with stocktakes, and restocking shelves Processing transactions, raising invoices, and helping coordinate dispatch Who This Suits: Someone with construction knowledge or experience in a trade supply environment You’ve worked in a warehouse or trade retail setting and enjoy helping people face-to-face You’re confident using basic business systems (e.g., inventory tools, emails, invoices) You’re hands-on, positive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves You can work independently and also get along well in a small team What You’ll Get: Approx. $80,000 salary package (incl. super) Full-time, secure position (Monday to Friday) Free parking on site Great team environment with just 3–4 people—no red tape On-the-job training and support provided Join a trusted local supplier with strong customer relationships Apply Now This is a rare opportunity to work in a rewarding, people-facing warehouse and retail environment with a strong online presence.
